Kansanto Spring Badian

Kansanto Spring is one of the many water spots of Badian, Cebu, Philippines. This gem is located between the boundary of barangay Banhigan and barangay Poblacion. Its famed cold waters is guaranteed to refresh and help you beat the summer heat!

The place offers a serene and nice place to relax and unwind. The water is clean and clear and moves with the tide so it’s best to come during high tides, the place is still enjoyable though during low tides. There are 3 pools but only 1 is allowed for swimming, the other pools are used for locally grown fishes.

They have cottages and if you plan to stay overnight, you can also avail their private rooms. Scroll down for more info on the prices. Take note, you can bring your food and drinks here. No corkage fee for the foods BUT they charge (P200 per kind) for drinks and liquors.

HOW TO GET THERE

🌎 Exact Location: Banhigan, Badian, Cebu Philippines

🗺 Via Commute: First you need to ride a bus going to Bato-Barili. As your bus nears Badian, remind the bus driver or “konduktur” to drop you at the eskina of Kansanto Spring or Banhigan cemetery. Then you can walk the short distance between the main road and spring water!

🗺 Via Private Vehicle: The place can be navigated on Waze. Whether you are riding a motorbike or your own vehicle, it’s best to navigate via Waze.
