Thousands of Cebuanos gather at Fuente Osmeña Circle on Monday night, Dec. 1, to witness the lighting of the grand Christmas Tree of Hope, officially ushering in the Yuletide Season in Cebu City. The iconic tree illuminated the heart of the city, while the Cebu Provincial Capitol was simultaneously lit up, marking the formal start of Cebu’s holiday festivities.
