Proud Bisaya Bai (PBB) marks an exciting new chapter as it officially opens its new, spacious, and modern office, a symbol of growth, collaboration, and the vibrant spirit that continues to drive the team forward.
More than just a new workplace, this milestone represents how far PBB has come since its humble beginnings. What started as a passion project has now grown into one of the most recognized digital media communities in the Visayas, known for its authentic Bisaya storytelling and unwavering commitment to local pride.
The office inauguration comes at a meaningful time, following two remarkable milestones: the celebration of PBB’s 5th anniversary last July 22, 2025, and the achievement of 400,000 followers this October. These accomplishments are a testament to the team’s hard work, consistency, and genuine connection with its ever-growing community of Proud Bisaya supporters.
Founded by CEO Ariel Alegado, Proud Bisaya Bai has thrived through the dedication of its team members, past and present, who share one vision: to inform, inspire, and uplift Filipinos through engaging and relatable Bisaya content. From news and entertainment to travel, lifestyle, and community stories, PBB continues to amplify voices and celebrate the richness of Visayan culture.
“As we grow, so does our responsibility to serve our audience with content that reflects who we are — proud, resilient, and uniquely Bisaya,” said Alegado. “This new office isn’t just for us; it’s a home built by and for the community that has supported us through the years.”
In true Bisaya fashion, the celebration wouldn’t be complete without collaboration. The event was made possible in partnership with PrintLab Digital Printing, Don Macchiatos Group of Companies, Cavella Philippines, MGS Philippines-Cebu, Chase Printing, and Lounet’s Catering.
Five years, hundreds of stories, and 400,000 followers later, Proud Bisaya Bai continues to soar higher, grounded by the same passion that started it all.
We are Proud Bisaya Bai, and this is just the beginning.
