IN PHOTOS: Pawssion Project Animal Shelter, a sanctuary for rescued animals, has sustained significant damage from Typhoon Tino with fallen trees destroying huts, damaging senior animal spacesand knocking down recently constructed fences.

The shelter’s team reported losing power since 3 AM and being unable to immediately check on all animals due to dangerous conditions, describing the scene as overwhelming and not knowing “where to begin.”

Miraculously, all rescued animals are reported safe, though many need drying and medical attention after the storm’s impact. The shelter is now appealing for public support to rebuild damaged structures and restock supplies for the animals.

Donations can be sent through their donation channels to help the shelter recover and continue providing care for their rescued animals. In times of crisis, may we never forget to provide comfort and support for our furry friends.
