A fur baby was rescued alive after being swept away by floodwaters in Umapad, Mandaue City during the onslaught of Typhoon #TinoPH.
The dog, described as friendly and well-behaved, is currently under the temporary care of a good samaritan who found the animal and brought it to safety.
The rescuer is now appealing to the public for help in locating the dog’s rightful owner. The owner is requested to bring proof of ownership such as photographs when claiming the pet.
