Fuel prices are set to increase again, adding further strain on motorists and commuters as new adjustments take effect on Tuesday, March 31.

Diesel prices remain significantly high, now up by ₱12.50 per liter, while kerosene has increased by ₱2.00 per liter. Gasoline prices have also risen by ₱2.50 per liter, contributing to the continued upward trend in fuel costs.

The latest hike is expected to impact transportation fares and the prices of basic goods, as operators and businesses adjust to rising operational expenses. Commuters and drivers are once again bracing for the effects of these increases, which continue to challenge daily travel and household budgets.

Authorities advise the public to monitor official announcements from oil companies and plan trips accordingly as fuel prices remain volatile.
