One of Cebu’s most cherished destinations for authentic tuslob buwa and late-night dining, 8Flix & Chill Cebu City, Queensland Manor on Rahmann Street, Zapatera, will officially cease operations at its current location on May 31, 2026, following six successful years of serving families, friends, couples, public figures, content creators, and valued patrons.
This development, however, is not a farewell. Rather, it signifies the beginning of a promising new chapter.
According to an employee, the establishment’s lease agreement will not be renewed by the property owner, as the premises are reportedly intended for a new business venture. Consequently, the restaurant will relocate to a new and larger venue to continue providing its services to loyal customers.
Prior to the transition, customers are invited to visit and commemorate the final days of a location that has been part of countless dining experiences and treasured memories.
The restaurant is pleased to announce that it will soon operate from a new location featuring a larger space while continuing to offer the same quality and flavors that customers have come to appreciate.
Its signature tuslob buwa, street food specialties, late-night favorites, and affordable dining options will soon be available at a new venue designed to accommodate larger gatherings, special occasions, and enhanced dining experiences.
This relocation represents more than a change in location; it is an important milestone in the restaurant’s continued growth. From the outset, the steadfast support of its customers has played a vital role in making this expansion possible, and the management extends its sincere gratitude to everyone who has been part of the journey.
For loyal patrons, the transition period will be brief. 8Flix & Chill Queensland Manor is scheduled to open its new location on June 18, 2026, at EZone, F. Cabahug Street, Mabolo.
Guests can look forward to a larger and improved venue while continuing to enjoy the signature flavors that have established the restaurant as a favorite among Cebu diners. Although the address may change, the experience remains the same: the same timpla, the same kalami, and the same memorable dining moments that customers have enjoyed throughout the years.
The management extends its heartfelt appreciation to Queensland Manor for six remarkable years of partnership and service. As the restaurant embarks on this new chapter, it looks forward to achieving greater milestones and creating many more memorable dining experiences for its valued customers.
The team looks forward to welcoming everyone to Mabolo on June 18, 2026.
