The Toledo City delegation held its blocking and rehearsal at the Cebu City Sports Complex on Wednesday, August 26, as part of its preparations for Halad sa Pagtuo 2026, a religious-cultural presentation that highlights Cebu’s Catholic faith and devotion through dance, music, and storytelling.
Under the guidance of their choreographers, the delegates polished their movements and performance ahead of the event, where participating delegations showcase their interpretations of faith and devotion.
