8th Youth Tourism Congress Sets Stage for November 2026

The 8th Youth Tourism Congress (YTC) formally began its public preparations through a press conference held on Sept. 26, marking another milestone leading to the congress scheduled on November 23, 2026, at I3C.

Carrying the theme “Reimagining Tourism: Connecting Youth, Culture, and Innovation for a Sustainable Future,”the congress is set to bring together young people and tourism stakeholders to engage in discussions surrounding the evolving tourism industry and the role of the youth in shaping its future.

The press conference served as a platform to introduce the upcoming congress, provide an overview of its theme and objectives, and present key details regarding the event. It also marked the beginning of wider public engagement as preparations for the congress continue.

This year’s theme highlights the intersection of youth, culture, innovation, and sustainability, reflecting the growing need for tourism development that considers both emerging ideas and the preservation of cultural identity. Through the congress, participants are expected to gain opportunities to exchange perspectives and explore how young people can contribute to the continued development of the tourism sector.

The event also underscored the collaborative nature of organizing a major tourism gathering. Various teams worked together across different areas of event preparation, including venue arrangements, registration, guest assistance, program coordination, technical operations, documentation, and communications.

With the press conference successfully concluded, preparations for the November congress will continue as organizers finalize the program and coordinate the remaining requirements for the event.

The 8th Youth Tourism Congress now moves closer to its main event, where discussions on tourism, culture, innovation, and sustainability will take center stage.

From preparation to presentation, the congress is steadily moving from planning into action—bringing its vision of reimagining tourism one step closer to reality.
