Carmen, Agusan del Norte is considered as the Floating Cottage Capital of the Philippines. You can find these beautiful floating cottages concentrated in a single area. These cottages are being anchored in the deep parts of the sea parallel to the resort that owned it. When it is not being used, you can see it anchored ashore.
These floating cottages are made up of bamboos and are perfectly designed not to capsize or sink at all.
The place has accommodating staff, delicious food, and excellent safety measures. With the pandemic still going, the resort owners imposed that they limit the number of people allowed, depending on the size. These floating cottages are for rent. You can check the rates provided below.

6AM TO 12 NN- P500 good for 10 persons
12PM TO 6PM- P500 good for 10 persons
Additional:
- Exceeding persons shall pay 50 pesos per head
- If you wish to extend you hours of floating: P150 exceeding hour
Saturday/ Sunday/ Holidays:
6AM to 10AM- P500 good for 10 persons
10AM to 2PM- P500 good for 10 persons
2PM to 6PM- P500 good for 10 persons
