How to get there?

🗺 Via Commute: Bus ride from the city’s North Terminal and getting off at Carmen Public Market. The farm is located in Barangay Sac-on, 10km from the National Highway. Going to Barangay Sac-on from the town proper, ride a Motorcycle for hire “habal-habal’’ P50-P100 per head, minimum of 2 per trip. Most of the motorcycle drivers are familiar with the fenced farm, few meters from the MLhuillier’s Safari back gate going to Barangay Lanipga.

🗺 Via Private Vehicle: The place can be navigated on Waze. Whether you are riding a motorbike or your own vehicle.

RATES:

Basic rate is Php 9,000 (weekdays) and Php 9,850 (weekends & holidays) which includes up to 6 Guests with set Breakfast meals at the Payag & early Dinner with setup at Bantawan (Forest Bamboo deck). Additional Guests from the Basic Package of 6:

• Php 1,350 per head for additional guest/s over 10 years old
• Php 1,150 for 4 to 10 Years Old.
• 3 Years old and below (which won’t require an extra bed & breakfast meal, is Free of Charge)
• Total maximum number of Guests is 17 pax (2Pax at the Main Hut & 15 Pax at the Glamping Tents)

AMENITIES:

• Exclusive & private use of the whole 1 Ha. Farm
• Gated parking slots (2) & street parking (up to 5)
• Use of “Payag” Accommodation with 1bedroom, kitchen, dining area & T&B
• No Corkage fee. Guests can bring and cook their food. Basic kitchen utensils, basic condiments (salt, pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, oil), dinnerwares, glasswares, cutleries, and filtered spring water for drinking, mini fridge, are available at the farm
• Additional Bell Tents Accommodations for 3 or more Guests
• Use of Linens, towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner
• Use of Spring-Fed Pool
• Use of outdoor showers & toilet
• Use of Bonfire pit with 1-set of firewood
• Use of the “Patag” for campsite & outdoor activities
• Use of musical instruments, bluetooth speaker, reading books, board games & sports equipment
• Use of “Bantawan”, a yoga deck & event deck in the mini-forest
• Use of “Baktasan”, a forest trail walk
• Use of “Kaduyanan”, hammock area
• Use of Alhibé Swing & Bird’s Nest seating
• A souvenir plant/s upon checkout
• In-house 24/7 Farm Staff
• Night guard (Thursdays to Tuesdays)
