LOOK: A disabled man known as “Tatay Carlito” from Barauen Leyte was found on pier 5 in Cebu City with his dogs, carrying his personal belongings in a mini cart as he has a history of stroke.
The footage was taken by Razel Alcano, according to her. She was moved by the way his dogs carried the broken umbrellas and other trinkets that Tatay Carlito needed to repair because he was unable to work and was struggling to make ends meet as he was homeless. He is well-known in Tacloban and is believed to be looking for a relative.
